By accessing or using Vetica, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of Services
Vetica provides a digital platform that connects pet owners with licensed veterinarians for online consultations, guidance, and educational support. Services are delivered via video calls, messaging, and digital records.
Vetica does not operate a physical veterinary clinic and does not provide emergency or hands-on veterinary services.
2. Teleconsultation Limitations
You acknowledge and agree that:

Online consultations have inherent limitations and may not allow for a complete diagnosis.

Certain conditions require in-person examination, diagnostics, or emergency care.

Vetica consultations do not replace routine, emergency, or primary veterinary care.
Veterinarians may recommend in-clinic visits when necessary, and failure to follow such recommendations is at the user’s own risk.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Vetica, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your pet.

Upload clear and relevant photos or videos when requested.

Follow veterinarian instructions responsibly.

Seek immediate in-person care if advised or if your pet’s condition worsens.
Vetica is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by users.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vetica. By using the platform, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
5. Veterinarian Relationship
Veterinarians providing consultations through Vetica are independent licensed professionals. Vetica acts solely as a technology platform facilitating communication and does not control clinical judgment, treatment decisions, or medical outcomes.
6. Appointments, Fees & Payments

Consultation fees are displayed prior to booking.

Payments must be completed before the consultation begins.

Fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has started, unless otherwise stated.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
7. Prescriptions & Medications
Prescriptions may be issued at the veterinarian’s discretion and only when legally permitted. Not all conditions are eligible for prescriptions via teleconsultation.
Vetica does not guarantee the availability of any medication or prescribed product.
8. Emergency Situations
Vetica does not provide emergency services. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening condition (e.g., difficulty breathing, seizures, severe trauma), seek immediate care at a veterinary emergency facility.
9. Medical Records & Data
Vetica maintains digital records of consultations for continuity of care. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
Use of Vetica is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal and pet data are collected, used, and protected.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vetica website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vetica or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content

Attempt to disrupt platform security or functionality
Vetica reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
12. Limitation of Liability

Vetica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Vetica does not guarantee medical outcomes.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the consultation giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vetica, its affiliates, veterinarians, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
14. Modifications to Services or Terms
Vetica may modify services or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with an updated date. Continued use of Vetica constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Termination
Vetica reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.
